Privacyverklaring

Op deze website vragen wij alleen wat nodig is om met u in gesprek te komen. Hieronder staat welke gegevens dat zijn, wat wij ermee doen en welke rechten u heeft.

Alcorion is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de persoonsgegevens die op deze website worden verzameld, en verwerkt die volgens de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG, in het Engels GDPR). Voor alle vragen over privacy kunt u mailen naar het adres hierboven.

Welke gegevens wij verwerken

Uw zakelijke e-mailadres, als u een van de formulieren invult.
Wat u zelf in het formulier aangeeft: de onderwerpen die u aanvinkt, de route die u op de pagina heeft gekozen en een eventuele toelichting.
Technische gegevens die elke webserver ontvangt, zoals uw IP-adres en browsertype. Onze hostingpartij gebruikt die om de site te leveren en te beveiligen.

Wij gebruiken geen analytics, geen advertentie- of trackingcookies en geen andere cookies. De site onthoudt uw keuze voor taal en licht of donker thema in de opslag van uw eigen browser. Die gegevens verlaten uw apparaat niet.

Waarvoor en op welke grondslag

Wij gebruiken uw e-mailadres en antwoorden alleen om op uw aanvraag te reageren en een gesprek voor te bereiden. De grondslag daarvoor is dat u ons vraagt contact op te nemen: het nemen van stappen op uw verzoek voorafgaand aan een mogelijke overeenkomst (artikel 6, lid 1, onder b AVG). Technische gegevens verwerken wij op grond van ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij een veilige en werkende website (artikel 6, lid 1, onder f AVG).

U ontvangt van ons geen nieuwsbrief en wij verkopen of verhuren uw gegevens niet.

Wie uw gegevens nog meer ziet

Netlify host deze website en verwerkt de formulieren.
Google levert onze zakelijke e-mail (Google Workspace), waarin formulierberichten binnenkomen. Ook de lettertypen van deze site worden bij Google Fonts opgehaald, waardoor Google uw IP-adres ziet.

Deze partijen verwerken gegevens in onze opdracht. Een deel van die verwerking kan buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte plaatsvinden, met name in de Verenigde Staten. Dat gebeurt alleen met passende waarborgen, zoals het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework of de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

Hoe lang wij gegevens bewaren

Formulierberichten bewaren wij zolang dat nodig is voor ons contact met u. Ontstaat er geen samenwerking, dan verwijderen wij ze uiterlijk twaalf maanden na het laatste contact. Ontstaat er wel een samenwerking, dan gelden de bewaartermijnen die daarbij horen, waaronder de wettelijke fiscale bewaarplicht.

Uw rechten

U kunt ons vragen om inzage in uw gegevens, om correctie of verwijdering, om beperking van de verwerking of om uw gegevens over te dragen. U kunt ook bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking. Mail daarvoor naar info@alcorion.com. Wij reageren binnen een maand.

Bent u niet tevreden over hoe wij met uw gegevens omgaan, dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Beveiliging

De site is alleen via een versleutelde verbinding (HTTPS) bereikbaar en toegang tot formulierberichten is beperkt tot Alcorion. Heeft u een beveiligingsprobleem op deze site gevonden, meld het dan via het adres in ons security.txt-bestand.

Privacy statement

On this website we only ask for what we need to start a conversation with you. Below is what that data is, what we do with it and what rights you have.

Alcorion is the controller for the personal data collected on this website, and processes it in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch AVG). Please send any question about privacy to the address above.

What data we process

Your work email address, when you fill in one of the forms.
What you tell us in the form: the topics you tick, the route you took through the page and any note you add.
Technical data that every web server receives, such as your IP address and browser type. Our hosting provider uses it to deliver and protect the site.

We use no analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, and no other cookies. The site remembers your choice of language and light or dark theme in your own browser's storage. That data does not leave your device.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your email address and answers only to respond to your request and prepare a conversation. The legal basis is that you asked us to contact you: taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We will not send you a newsletter, and we do not sell or rent your data.

Who else sees your data

Netlify hosts this website and processes the forms.
Google provides our business email (Google Workspace), where form messages arrive. The site's fonts are also loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address.

These providers process data on our behalf. Some of that processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. It only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep form messages for as long as we need them to stay in touch with you. If we do not end up working together, we delete them no later than twelve months after the last contact. If we do, the retention periods for that relationship apply, including the statutory tax retention obligation.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for correction or erasure, for restriction of processing or for your data to be transferred. You can also object to the processing. Email info@alcorion.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

The site is only reachable over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form messages is limited to Alcorion. If you have found a security issue on this site, please report it to the address in our security.txt file.
